I’m Lucy, I live in Wales and I’m mum to the most incredible little boy.
After my son was born, I suffered with postnatal depression. Which meant I didn’t enjoy those early days as much as I’d hoped and sleep played a huge role in changing that dynamic.
With the right medication alongside learning more about my child’s sleep (and more importantly how to achieve it) everything changed for me.*
Sleep deprivation is a major factor in parental mental health. Constantly being woken up during the night can leave parents feeling stressed, anxious, and emotionally drained. When you're not getting enough sleep, it's harder to cope with the challenges of parenthood. As a Mum who’s experienced the challenges of sleepless nights firsthand, I know how overwhelming it can feel. Sleepless nights make everything feel more difficult.
That's why I'm passionate about helping parents find peace and rest, so they never feel alone in the middle of the night, wondering how they’ll make it through.
